The registration fees for each participant are 110.00 €* (IAVS member) and 125.00 €* (non IAVS member).

The registration fees for students (B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D.) are 90.00 €* (IAVS member) and 100.00 €* (non IAVS member). Students have to prove their status by certificate issued by their home University.

The registration fee for accompanying persons is 50.00 €*.

The additional fee for mid-workshop excursion and post-workshop excursion is 25.00 € for each excursion.

The price for Social Dinner on Saturday is 25.00 €. Due to space limitation the “first come, first served” principle will be applied. -> SOLD OUT

Any unpaid bills related to the workshop must be paid in cash at the registration desk. Please note that after March 15th additional 10.00 € is required for registration fee.



Conference fees should be transferred to the following account holder and bank.

If you would like to participate at the workshop and need financial support, please contact the IAVS Global Sponsorship Committee ( The pre-conditions for financial support are that an oral or poster presentation has to be given at the workshop and the applicant has to be IAVS member. Applications (motivation letter and costs estimation) should be sent to the IAVS Administrator/Business Office until January 31st >> prolonged until February 15. The money will normally be transferred after the meeting. In exceptional cases and on application, the payment can be done in advance. The recipients of the support have to verify their costs (with flight tickets, receipts, etc.).
